Mayor Nir Barkat presents PM Netanyahu with his 6th grade report card and notebook from 1961. He has to bring it back tomorrow signed by his parents...
When it was arranged that Netanyahu would visit his alma mater on the first day of school, Barkat sent his chief archiver to seek out Netanyahu's original report card. he found it, along with a notebook, and his brother Yoni's report card as well. Bibi's report from his teacher was pretty good, calling him diligent, smart, quick to understand, disciplined, etc.

    You didn't include Bibi's joke: The report card said he was punctual and respectful, and Bibi answered, "Well, *that's* certainly changed!"
