Yated Neeman ran a classified ad today that is intriguing..



The poster is looking for a  young couple that does not own an apartment who are prepare to purchase an investment apartment in their names and register it with the mortgage in their own names in projects around the country, with no financial investment of their own, with fair payment and profit sharing.

It seems pretty clear this is a scam, tax fraud, and illegal, making me wonder why Yated would run such an ad.

The person behind it must wish to avoid the new "third apartment" tax and probably also hide his money from various other taxes and authorities. This could also be money laundering.

Anybody who calls the number and signs on is at risk not just for participating in illegal activity but for get shafted by the person behind the ad. There is no honor among thieves.

And, don't forget, if you help this person buy apartment sin your name, when you eventually buy your own apartment you might not qualify for various benefits due to already being registered with an apartment or two on your name.
