Kipa posted this selfie of MKs Tzipi Hotovely and Yehuda Glick in tefillin in the Knesset chambers. Kipa claims this is the first time someone was wearing tefillin in the Knesset chambers. I did a quick search to check that and all I could come up with was an article from last year about a night long filibuster in which MK Yisroel Eichler brought his tefillin to the Knesset, though he was not wearing them.
