The announcement of US President Donald Trump has been expected to bring about a wave of violence from the Palestinians, perhaps even to the level of another intifada.

To that end, and taking into account that even the US State Department has issued a travel warning to the region because of expected violence, a number of people, including yeshiva students, avreichim and businessmen, have sent questions to Rav Chaim Kanievsky asking if they can travel now to Israel or if they should delay trips out of concern for a possible wave of violence.

Rav Chaim Kanievsky's response was that all is good. No worries. They can remain calm and travel to Israel without worrying about such things..
